The site for this project is located on Reem Island, one of Abu Dhabi’s newest Island Master Plans located north of the city. Reem Island is accessible by several bridges that connect it to the city of Abu Dhabi and comprise of various programmatic uses including residential, commercial, office, civic, and hotel. The Al Reem Island, Marina Square project was initiated by Tamouh Investment LLC to cater for the growing demand for residential housing in Abu Dhabi.
